PARIS MADE FOR THE AMERICAN MARKET - W/ INSTRUCTIONS, NETTING, WOOD UPRIGHT NET SUPPORTS, TWO CELLULOID BALLS & TABLE TENNIS PADDLES - CIRCA 1890s - IN COLOR LITHO'D COVERED HARDBOARD CARRY BOX. A wonderful circa 1890's TABLE TENNIS outfit is one of the very first TABLE TENNIS games ever introduced during the popularization and introduction of TENNIS into mainstream culture in the 1880's and 1890's. With TWO (2) "RED - WHITE & BLUE" edge striped paddles, TWO (2) wood netting supports, original netting, TWO (2) Celluloid Balls w/ imprinting and paper instructions as shown. Full color LITHOGRAPHED covered stowage case measures 20 1/2" x 3" x 7 1/4 in size.

Cover to case has some minor water staining and corners show minor separation as shown. With TWO (2) gaming balls Paper instructions in very good shape with NO repairs as shown.

Even has original bottom paper stowage box liner that came with. Outfit and cardboard ball stowage cardboard separator walls!

Wear, chips, dis-colorization of some areas of games pieces and scratches on same consistent with age and use. Please see all photos, as they are part of the description.
